Accommodation for the participants of
ICRAMMD-2026 is proposed to be arranged
within the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) campus,
subject to availability and approval from the concerned university authorities.
The Organizing Committee is currently in consultation with the appropriate officials
to facilitate accommodation in BHU guest houses and hostels.
Accommodation in BHU guest houses will be provided
on a paid basis, strictly in accordance with university rules
and subject to availability. In addition,
limited free accommodation in BHU hostels will be made
available to participants, as per availability and allotment guidelines.
Alternatively, participants may opt to stay in
hotels located in close proximity to the BHU campus
on a self-paid basis, depending on their preference
and convenience.
Further details regarding accommodation allocation and confirmation will be
communicated to the participants in due course.

Dear Participants (Students),
This is to inform you that ICRAMMD-2026 will be held for three days,
from 09 to 11 March 2026.
Hostel accommodation has been arranged for four days (free of cost):
Check-in
08 March 2026 (from 9:00 AM)
Check-out
12 March 2026 (up to 9:00 AM)
Participants who wish to stay beyond this period will be required to pay a nominal room charge for the
additional days.
Please note: Filling the accommodation form is mandatory for hostel allocation.
